How long does the inspection take

Inspection times will vary according to the type of inspection being carried out. The typical Pre-purchase Inspection time is 90min whilst a Practical Completion can take up to 2.5 hours to complete.

Can I attend the inspection

Yes, you are encouraged to attend the inspection, attending the inspection not only allows you to view the inspection process but to also ask questions. It also make it much easier to discuss the finding of your inspection report with on-site. If you can’t attend the entire time then we would suggest that the last 30min would be best so we can review the report with you, being able to see an area of concern does help to make sense of the builders report.
